BT will make the necessary changes at your local exchange and will test the line. There is no need for an engineer to call – this is all done remotely. If you are a customer changing from BT ISDN/ Home Highway you may experience around a four hour service outage while BT are switching your line from ISDN to accepting Virgin Media Broadband. We will be in touch with you to let you know when the changes to your line will be made. If you experience a longer break in service we advise that you contact BT directly.
