Is your Virgin Media account still active?
Your Virgin Broadband account will remain active until you cancel your account, or if we are no longer able to take payment for your account. The most likely reasons for us not being able to take payment for your account is if you switch banks, cancel your direct debit or your credit card information is out of date. As such it is important that you keep your account details up to date which you can do in the
My Account area of Customer services.
