As your Virgin Broadband account is linked to your home telephone line, you will need to contact us to advise that you are moving home. We can then try to make sure that your broadband account is up and running when you move into your new home. Please visit our help section for more information on
moving home.
Please note that as your new home will use a different telephone line to your current broadband service, we're unable to guarantee that Virgin Broadband will be available to you in your new home.
