Changing the settings in your Virgin Media Internet connection will cause problems connecting to your package. you'll need to set up your Virgin Media connection again. This means setting up an Internet connection on your new/upgraded computer, which dials the correct number and stores your username and password for identification when you connect.

If you're on the computer you'll use to connect to the Internet and check emails with Virgin Media, we can reset your connection for you in the My connection area in Customer services. If you're not on the right computer, you can get all the details you'll need to set up your connection at a later date.
