I used to pay by American Express (Amex)
- why can't I now?
Unfortunately, we will no longer be accepting payments by Amex. You can continue to pay by Amex for any existing services you have with Virgin Media, but we will eventually be phasing out all payments by Amex and we will be contacting any Amex customers in the near future.
If you would like to change from your current package to, for example, Virgin Media 24seven, you will need to register new credit/debit card details.
