I'm reluctant to enter my credit/debit card details online - is it secure?
At Virgin Media we take your security and privacy very seriously. Any personal information, including the contact and payment details you enter, is kept confidential by using encryption (the scrambling and un-scrambling of information sent across the Internet). This applies both when you first register and during any subsequent package changes.
If you do decide to change your package at a later date, you will have to re-enter your payment details (this will also be protected by encryption). For increased security, we will only display the last four digits of the credit/debit card details you have given us, even though only you can access this information.
