Not a problem, if you are on our Pay As You Go package simply let us know your new phone number. Go to Customer Services on the website and choose the Change your CLI option. Follow the on-screen instructions and you'll soon be able to access the Internet once again. Your email address will not be affected.
If you have moved home, it will also be useful to change your address in My account at this stage to ensure your Virgin Media details are all up to date. |
