I am constantly being asked for my password. Why?
This section will show you how to resolve the problem of being continually asked for your password, in Outlook Express 5.
If Outlook Express keeps showing the following dialog box:
If the server is displaying 'mail.virgin.net' then you will need to retype your username and password.
Click into the white box to the right of 'User Name'.
Delete any text and type your username in lower case.
Click into the white box to the right of 'Password'.
Delete any text and type your password.
If the server is set to something different you will need to check your settings.
Click 'Cancel' and then follow the instructions on the

Now click on the 'OK' button.
