A Dial-Up Networking connection is already

This section will show you how to resolve the above error message in Outlook Express 4.
Receiving the following dialog box is generally caused by establishing a connection to another ISP and then trying to receive your Virgin Media email:
If you choose 'Try to locate the server on the current connection' it is unlikely you will be able to send email to others.
However, you will still be able to receive your email.
If you want to connect to Virgin Media simply select the 'Hang Up and dial Virgin' option.
Then click on the 'OK' button:
If you are sure you are connecting to Virgin Media it may be worth checking your settings for any errors.
