  • You will now see the following window:
  • Choose and type in a 'User Name' for this Identity.
  • Then click on 'Save'.
  • You will then see the following error:
  • Click on the 'OK' button.

  • You will then see the following prompt:
  • Click on 'OK'.
  • Now you will need to type in the account details for this identity:
  • Type in the full name, and the full Virgin Media email address.
  • Type into the 'SMTP' server box: smtp.virgin.net.
  • Type into the 'Account ID' box the Virgin Media username.
  • Type into the 'POP Server' box: pop.virgin.net.
  • Click in the box next to the words 'Save Password' to put a cross in it, and type in your Virgin Media password.
  • Your password will now be remembered so that you do not have to type it in every time you use your email.
  • Once you have finished click on the 'OK' button:
  • You will now go back to Outlook Express, but it will be in your second identity.
  • This example shows the second identity as 'Second User' at the top of the Outlook Express window.

Outlook Express is now correctly configured to use your additional Virgin Media email account.
