How do I view an attachment I have received?

This section will show you how to view email attachments.
  • When you receive an email with an attachment this will be indicated by the paperclip to the side of the email, as below:
  • Click on the message to highlight it:
  • You will now see a larger paperclip below and to the right.
  • Clicking this will display a list of the attached file(s):
  • Click each file in turn to open the attachment.
You can now view files sent to you as attachments to an email.
