Providing you are able to see the
mail.virgin.net at the top, delete
the 'User ID' and 'Password' boxes.
If the server is set to something different you will need
to check your settings, click on 'Cancel' and then follow the instructions on the

Now retype your 'User ID' (username) and
'Password', and click on the 'Remember Password' box to put a cross in the
box:
Now click on the 'OK' button.
