I am constantly being asked for my password. Why?


This section will show you how to correct a login or password error when using your email.
  • If you repeatedly see the following dialog box, click on the 'OK' button:
  • You will see the following dialog box:
  • Providing you are able to see the mail.virgin.net at the top, delete the 'User ID' and 'Password' boxes.
  • If the server is set to something different you will need to check your settings, click on 'Cancel' and then follow the instructions on the How to check my email settings page.
  • Now retype your 'User ID' (username) and 'Password', and click on the 'Remember Password' box to put a cross in the box:
  • Now click on the 'OK' button.
This should now have resolved the problem, however if you continue to receive this dialog box we recommend that you check the How to check my email settings page.
