How do I create a new contact?


This section will show you how to add a new contact into your contact list.
  • You will need to begin from your computer's desktop. This is the first screen you usually see when your computer has fully started.
  • Open Outlook Express using your desktop alias, or from the apple menu.
  • Click on the 'Contacts' button
  • Your contacts will now be listed in the contacts window.
  • Click on the 'New' button:
  • You will now need to fill in the information.
  • We recommend a minimum of 'First Name', 'Last Name' and 'E-mail Address':
  • To complete the email address, click on the 'Add' button below the email address box.
  • When finished click on the 'Save' button at the top, and then close the window:
  • You will now see your new contact added to the list.
  • You can now close the contacts window:


You have now added a contact to your contact list in Outlook Express.
