This section will show you how to correct
a login or password error when using your email.
If you repeatedly see the
following dialog box, click on the 'Yes' button:
You will see the
following dialog box:
Providing you are able to see that
this is your Virgin Media account, delete
the 'Password':
Now retype your 'Password' and click
on the
'OK' button.
This should now have resolved the
