How do I view an attachment I have received?

This section will show you how to view email attachments.
  • When you receive an email with an attachment this will be indicated by the paperclip to the side of the email, as below:
  • Click on the message to highlight it.
  • This will show you the following information:
  • Click on the small triangle next to the word attachment:
  • Click on the file that you want to open and then click on the 'Open' button:
  • This will now open the attachment.
You can now view files sent to you as attachments to an email
