What if I move house or want to change my Registered Phone Number?
If your new home or new number is served by a BT phone line, you can easily change your Registered Phone Number online using the Change Registered Phone Number facility in Customer services. Please note that you can only change your number once a month. Virgin Media unmetered services are only available through a BT line, so if your new home or new number is not served by BT, you will not be able to get 24seven.
If you have moved home, it will also be useful to change your address in My details at this stage to ensure your Virgin Media details are all up to date.
