How do I change my password?


Each account can have up to five email addresses, and each address has its own password. You can change your password for any of the five accounts by following the steps below.
  • Visit the web page http://www.virgin.net/customers
  • Select the 'Change Password' option from the left hand column.
  • Follow the on screen instructions to change your password.
  • If you have changed the password for the Primary access account (ie the username and password used to access the Internet), you will also need to update your Internet and email connection settings to use your new password to connect to the Internet.
  • If you are using a PC and need help click here and select your email application, then follow the link for 'I have changed my password and now need to update my settings. How?'
  • Alternatively if you use a Mac and need help, click here and select the email application you use, and again follow the link for 'I have changed my password and now need to update my settings. How?'
